Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R75.00 nationwide within South Africa. All orders over R1000 automatically qualify for FREE shipping! Alternatively, free collection in Alberton is available as an option for Gauteng clients.
We offer secure and trusted checkout using PayFast, as well as the option to pay via manual EFT. Please note when paying via Manual EFT, orders will only be processed once payment has cleared.
Your order takes between 2 – 3 working days to be processed before shipping as all items for sale are made to order. We know how excited you are to receive your package, so we try to send your parcel as soon as we can.
All shipping times are estimated to be 2-8 business days depending on location.
Due to the fact that each product is made to order just for you, we have a limited exchanges and returns policy.
Exchanges can only be made for incorrect size items. Please ensure that you follow the sizing guide to avoid getting the incorrect size item. Should you do a size exchange you can only exchange for your original choice of design, you cannot choose a different design.
In the unlikely situation that your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us to rectify the situation. We are more than happy to fix any mistakes we might have made.
Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, inside the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
• Discounted Items (if applicable)
• Official CTZN. merch (Caps & Beanies)
• Giveaway/promo items
Refunds may take 4-10 business days to show up on your method of purchase.

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. If the product inside is damaged, contact us with your proof of damage, and we can work with you on a resolve.
